Abstract

Penelitian systematic review dan meta-analysis ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan hubungan antara administrasi rumah sakit terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja pada tenaga kesehatan. Sebanyak 10 artikel dipilih untuk dilakukan meta-analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan akronim PICO. Population: tenaga kesehatan; Intervention: administrasi rumah sakit yang baik; Comparison: administrasi rumah sakit yang buruk; Outcome: motivasi kerja. Data diperoleh dari database diantaranya yaitu PubMed, Springer Link, Science direct, dan Google Scholar. Data dianalisis menggunakan RevMan 5.3. Terdapat 10 artikel menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan total sampel 3,282 subjek dari Indonesia, Turki, Ghana, Uganda, Myanmar, dan Ethiopia yang telah dilakukan tinjauan sistematis dan meta-analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di rumah sakit dengan administrasi yang baik akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja sebesar 2.50 kali dibandingkan dengan tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di rumah sakit dengan administrasi yang buruk (aOR= 2.50; CI 95%= 2.01 hingga 3.11; p< 0.001).
