Systematic Review: Determinan Peran Keluarga terhadap Keikutsertaan Vaksin Covid-19

Covid-19 ditetapkan oleh Indonesia sebagai kejadian bencana berupa pandemi. Segala upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus covid-19, seperti pembatasan sosial, pemberlakuan isolasi di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, dan lain sebagainya. Selain itu upaya lain yang dilakukan pemerintah yaitu pemberian vaksin COVID-19 yang merupakan bentuk pencegahan agar terjadinya keparahan, mengurangi penyebaran dan menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian. Pemberian vaksin COVID-19 juga membutuhkan peran dukungan dari anggota keluarga. Tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor mana saja yang mempengaruhi peran keluarga terhadap keikutsertaan vaksinasi COVID-1. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistematik review mengkaji secara kritis pada jurnal kesehatan yang berkualitas, yang telah disaring dengan kriterian inklusi serta menggunakan beberapa data base Pubmed, Science Direct dan Google Scholar. Terdapat 318 jurnal sesuai kata kunci yang disaring menjadi 6 jurnal sesuai tema dan dianalisis yang mengkaji apa saja faktor-faktor peran keluarga yang dapat mempengaruhi keikutsertaan vaksinasi COVID-19. Manfaat dan hambatan yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keikutsertaan vaksin covid-19. Selain itu persepsi kerentanan, keparahan, dan peran keluarga juga berpengaruh terhadap keikutsertaan vaksin covid-19.
