Abstract

Stres oksidatif terjadi jika kadar anti oksidan tidak dapat menetralkan produksi radikal bebas yang berlebihan dalam tubuh. Dalam kehamilan, stres oksidatif yang terus meningkat dapat menyebabkan munculnya komplikasi bagi ibu dijanin.faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi stress oksidatif adalah kekurangan dan kelebihan zat besi serta adanya paparan polusi lingkungan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh asupan zat besi dan polusi lingkungan terhadap kadar stres oksidatif pada ibu hamil.Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review menggunakan alur Prefereed Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA) dengan mengumpulkan artikel dari database Google Scholar, PubMed dan Scient Direct dengan kata kunci “oxidative stress”, “pregnancy”, “iron intake”, “iron deficiency” “air pollution”, “environtment pollution”. Dari hasil analisis dipilih 8 artikel yang sesuai kriteria. Kesimpulannya adalah kekurangan maupun kelebihan zat besi dapat berpengaruh terhadap produksi radikal bebas dan stres oksidatif pada ibu hamil.
