Abstract

Indonesia memiliki Rasio Kematian Ibu (AKI) yang jauh lebih tinggi daripada negara-negara Asia Tenggara lainnya, yaitu 189 kematian ibu per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Senam hamil selama kehamilan melibatkan pengkondisian otot-otot untuk bekerja sebaik mungkin selama persalinan biasa.Bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan senam hamil dan asupan antioksidan dengan kadar setres oksidatif pada ibu hamil.Pencarian basis data online Perpustakaan Kesehatan Global WHO, PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, SCOPUS, yang diterbitkan antara 2019 sampai 2023. Senam hamil selama kehamilan," "Hubungan antara latihan kehamilan dan tingkat stres oksidatif," dan lebih banyak subjek dari Daftar Isi Jurnal Pembangunan Kesehatan Indonesia Relevansi 45 artikel dengan masalah terkait kemudian dinilai berdasarkan kriteria inklusi setelah dipilih dari 980 artikel. Tinjauan dan Pedoman Sistematis (PRISMA).Menunjukan jumlah artikel yang meneliti tentang pengetahuan ibu terhadap manfaat senam hamil terhadap stress oksidatif sebanyak 45 artikel, artikel yang paling banyak di teliti pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 14 artikel atau sebesar (31 %) sedangkan artikel yang paling sedikit pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebanyak 5 artikel atau sebesar (12 %).Mayoritas pengetahuan ibu tentang arti senam hamil berada dalam kategori baik, sebanyak (86%), deskripsi pengetahuan tentang tujuan senam hamil berada dalam kategori baik yaitu (100%), pengetahuan mayoritas tentang manfaat mengatasi kecemasan berada dalam kategori baik, sebanyak (57%), waktu pelaksanaan dalam kategori baik, sebanyak (57%), dan persiapan sebelum implementasi berada dalam kategori baik, Wanita hamil umumnya memiliki pemahaman yang tepat tentang olahraga kehamilan, dengan 86% dari mereka termasuk dalam kategori ini.
