Dukungan Keluarga untuk Perawat yang Bertanggung Jawab Mengobati Pasien Covid-19

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid 19) memiliki penyebaran yang sangat cepat, sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan bagi siapa saja yang khawatir akan meninggalnya anggota keluarga yang sakit. Oleh karena itu, dukungan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan. Namun, sebagai seorang perawat yang melayani pasien-pasien tersebut, ia juga dikucilkan dan dihindari oleh masyarakat, keluarga dan teman-temannya. Saat ini dukungan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan oleh perawat sebagai garda terdepan akibat beban kerja, tekanan di rumah sakit, dan masalah ekonomi akibat dampak pandemi ini. Perawat dipengaruhi oleh kecemasan dan depresi dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas, oleh karena itu harus ditangani secara tepat. Adapun tujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dukungan keluarga perawat selama bertugas di Ruang Isolasi. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif fenomenologi yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Jumlah sampel penelitian adayang digunakan adalahlah 7 partisipan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang merupakan anggota keluarga perawat yang pernah terinfeksi dan merawat pasien tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis masalah. Hasilnya anggota keluarga memberikan bentuk dukungan kepada perawat yang merawat Covid 19, antara lain dukungan emosional, instrumental, informasi, dan penghargaan. Dukungan yang diberikan bervariasi kepada keluarga tergantung pada kebiasaan keluarga. Sekedar dukungan, sedikit apresiasi diberikan kepada perawat.
