Intervensi Rehabilitasi Paru-Paru Pasca Perawatan Covid-19: A Scoping Review

Hari perawatan COVID-19 berbeda – beda berdasarkan virulensinya, sehingga pasien pulang pasca perawatan masih butuh intervensi rehabilitasi paru – paru. Intervensi rehabilitasi masih sangat bervariasi baik intervensinya maupun efeknya. COVID-19 yang telah pulih perlu tindakan yang dapat memperbaiki fungsi paru-paru. Review ini bertujuan untuk memetakan jenis intervensi rehabilitasi paru-paru dan efeknya pada pasien pasca perawatan COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah scoping review untuk memetakan intervensi rehabilitasi paru-paru pasca COVID-19. Pencarian artikel melalui PuBmed, ProQuest, Ebsco, dan Google Sholar. Pencarian mengidentifikasi sebanyak 16 artikel. Hasil review artikel didapatkan sebanyak 5 artikel yang sesuai dengan kristeria inklusi. Secara umum membahas intervensi rehabiltasi paru-paru dalam penelitian; semua studi menunjukkan bahwa pasien telah mendapatkan parawatan di rumah sakit; semua studi menunjukkan bahwa intervensi rehabilitasi paru-paru dapat meningkatkan pernapasan. Hasil review kami secara keseluruhan mendukung intervensi rehabilitasi paru-paru pada pasien pasca COVID-19.
