Faktor-Faktor Turnover Intention pada Perawat di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berpotensi meningkatkan jumlah perawat mengalami turnover intention yang merupakan niat perawat secara sadar dan disengaja untuk meninggalkan tempat kerjanya. Tujuan review ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor turnover intention pada perawat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan merupakan sebuah literature review yang menggunakan strategi pencarian melalui beberapa database yaitu PubMed, Science Direct dan Ebsco Host serta pencarian dengan secondary searching dan menggunakan kata kunci pencarian artikel, serta diterbitkan dalam 3 tahun terakhir (2019-2021). Artikel disaring berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan dilakukan ekstraksi data. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu terdapat 5 artikel yang memenuhi syarat dan dilakukan review. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention pada masa pandemi COVID-19 adalah faktor kecemasan, stres kerja dan faktor kesehatan. Sehingga diperlukan adanya dukungan psikososial dan spiritual terhadap perawat untuk mencegah terjadinya turnover intention di rumah sakit.
