Hambatan Perawat dalam Penerapan Spiritual Care pada Pasien Kanker: Integrative Review

Kanker di seluruh dunia dilaporkan cukup tinggi. Pasien yang telah terdiagnosa kanker tidak semua bisa disembuhkan dan salah satu dampak yang serius yaitu pada psikologis. Penderita membutuhkan perawatan khusus termasuk praktik spiritual care. Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang paling lama berada di dekat pasien memiliki kewajiban untuk membantu terpenuhinya spiritual care tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih banyak hambatan-hambatan yang di dapatkan dalam melakukan praktik spiritual care, namun perlu adanya tinjauan mengenai hambatan-hambatan yang oleh perawat. Tinjauan integrative review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan perawat dalam penerapan pemenuhan spiritual care pada pasien kanker. Pencarian artikel menggunakan database PubMed, Wiley, ProQuest, Science Direct dan google scholar. Integrative review ini menerapkan lima tahap kerja yaitu identifikasi masalah, pencarian literatur, evaluasi data, analisis data penyajian. Pencarian literatur menggunakan kata kunci, kualitas artikel di nilai menggunakan instrument CASP (Critical Appraisal Skill Program). Terdapat sebelas artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Usia rata-rata sampel pada artikel yang didapatkan berkisaran 18 hingga 66 tahun. Metode yang digunakan Descriptive study, Qualitative Study, Cross-sectional survey, Ethnographic study with participant observation dan Middle east cancer consortium (MECC). Hambatan yang ditemukan yaitu hambatan dalam pengetahuan dan pelatihan, hambatan dalam waktu dan administrasi, hambatan dalam fasilitas pendukung, hambatan dalam motivasi dan hambatan dalam privasi dan keberagaman pasien.
