Peran Telenursing dalam Meningkatkan Perawatan Pasien Kanker di Rumah: Systematic Review

Banyak pasien dan pengasuhnya memiliki sedikit pengetahuan tentang perawatan kanker di rumah, sehingga mereka harus mengeluarkan biaya tinggi untuk mengunjungi rumah sakit atau penyedia layanan kesehatan. Salah satu solusi inovatif dalam sistem layanan kesehatan global untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah telenursing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran telenursing dalam meningkatkan perawatan pasien kanker di rumah. Setelah pencarian sistematis dari beberapa database termasuk Scopus, Science Direct, dan PubMed yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018-2022. Untuk mencari kualitas PRISMA yang sesuai, dan daftar periksa untuk mengarahkan tinjauan ini, standar Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) digunakan. Berdasarkan penelusuran awal, terdapat 10 artikel yang relevan dari 270 artikel yang ditemukan. Kualitas perawatan pasien secara tatap muka (166,13 ± 13,91) dan telenursing (157,76 ± 17,24) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (82,51 ± 16,84) (P<0,001). Pelatihan tatap muka dan telenursing efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas perawatan fisik dan perawatan psikososial dan secara umum meningkatkan kualitas perawatan pada pasien kanker. Telenursing dapat meningkatkan perawatan pasien kanker di rumah dan terbukti efektif untuk penatalaksanaan gejala pada pasien penyakit kanker.
