Hambatan Penggunaan Telenursing terhadap Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit: Systematic Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan penggunaan telenursing terhadap keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. faktor yang dapat menghambat telenursing terhadap keselamatan pasien antara lain kualitas teknologi yang digunakan, kompetensi perawat dalam menggunakan teknologi tersebut, aksesibilitas pasien terhadap teknologi, serta ketersediaan informasi yang akurat dan lengkap tentang pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan penggunaan telenursing terhadap keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Setelah pencarian sistematis dari beberapa database termasuk Scopus, Science Direct, Proquest dan PubMed yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018-2023. Untuk mencari kualitas PRISMA yang sesuai, dan daftar periksa untuk mengarahkan tinjauan ini, standar Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) digunakan. Berdasarkan penelusuran, terdapat 10 artikel yang relevan dari artikel yang ditemukan. Masalah yang berhubungan dengan telenursing yaitu kesulitan dalam menggunakan teknologi karena kurangnya petunjuk, kurangnya Pendidikan, dan kurangnya bantuan dan dukungan bagi perawat dan pasien, kita bisa menghadapi kegagalan teknologi, ancaman terhadap keselamatn pasien. Beragamnya kesulitan dalam menggunakan teknologi karena kurangnya petunjuk, kurangnya Pendidikan, dan kurangnya bantuan dan dukungan bagi perawat dan pasien untuk penerapannya selalu menjadi masalah. Perubahan dari praktik keperawatan tatap muka tradisional ke penggunaan telenursing memerlukan kesepakatan antara para profesional kesehatan dan pakar teknologi informasi, belum lagi dukungan administratif, pasien perlu dilibatkan dalam penerapannya karena nampaknya ada lebih banyak faktor yang memfasilitasi terkait dengan perawatan pasien dibandingkan hambatan yang harus diatasi.
