Dampak Intradialytic Exercise pada Pasien yang Menjalani Hemodialisa: Studi Kualitatif

Intradialityc exercise adalah cara yang aman dan efektif untuk meningkatkan adekuasi dialisis pasien hemodialisis (HD). Intradialityc exercise memberikan efek postif bagi pasien HD, namun pengalaman pasien melakukan intradialityc exercise dengan rata-rata dosis dialisis 2 kali seminggu belum dieksplorasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi pengalaman pasien HD menjalani intradialityc exercise. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah pasien HD di Unit Dialisis rumah sakit M.Djamil Kota Padang dan rumah sakit Arifin Achmad Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 47 partisipan.. Rekrutmen partisipan dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan tehnik wawancara dan observasi. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan metode fenomenologis deskriptif dengan metode Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan 4 tema, yaitu kebugaran fisik, kebugaran psikologis, peran perawat dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap intradialytic exercise dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepatuhan melakukan intradialytic exercise. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa intradialytic exercise bermanfaat pada fisik dan psikologi pasien. Intradialytic exercise dapat disarankan untuk diaplikasikan pada unit-unit dialisis dibawah pengawasan perawat.
