Efektivitas Intrument D-Cacth sebagai Alat Ukur Dokumentasi Keperawatan: Scoping Review

Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang menunjang proses keperawatan, maka perlu adanya audit dokumentasi yang tepat dalam mengukur kualitas dokumen tersebut. D-Cacth merupakan salah satu inovasi dalam bentuk instrumen yang diharapkan mampu mengaudit dokumen keperawatan. Tujuan dari review ini adalah untuk mengetahui keakuratan dari instrumen D-Cacth dalam mengukur kualitas dokumentasi keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah scoping review yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu: mengidentifikasi pertanyaan penelitian, mengidentifikasi sumber yang relevan yaitu mencari artikel dibeberapa database seperti ProQuest, ScienceDirect dan Google Scholar dengan menggunakan framework PICO, melakukan seleksi literatur yang digambarkan melalui diagram PRISMA, melakukan pemetaan dan mengumpulkan literatur serta menyusun dan melaporkan hasil. Hasil Penelusuran artikel diperoleh 3 artikel yang relevan dan sesuai dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil tinjauan literature menunjukkan bahwa instrument D-Cacth telah terbukti mampu secara akurat dalam mengukur kualitas dan kuantitas dokumentasi keperawatan.
