Faktor-faktor Pelaksanaan Kompetensi Klinis Perawat dalam Pelayanan Keperawatan: A Scoping Review

Abstract

Kewenangan klinis merupakan kompetensi perawat dalam melakukan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang aman untuk memberikan perlindungan atas keselamatan pasien maupun perawat itu sendiri. Meskipun demikian pelaksanaan kompetensi klinis masih terdapat banyak kendala. Mengidentifikasi faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan kompetensi klinis di rumah sakit. Tinjaun ini menggunakan kerangka scoping review oleh Arkey dan O'Malley. Panduan PRISMA ScR juga digunakan untuk melengkapi. Pencarian artikel di 5 database: PubMed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library, Garuda dan 1 website publisher: Wiley Online Library dengan rentang tahun 2017-2022 menggunakan kata kunci Nurse OR Nurses OR Nursing AND Clinical Competence OR Clinical Competencies  AND Nursing Service OR Nursing. Dari 317 artikel yang didapatkan, terdapat 9 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dan masuk dalam tinjaun ini. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung pelaksanaan kompetensi klinis adalah tingkat pendidikan, sistem kredensial, dukungan manajer keperawatan, pengalaman kerja, usia, status psikologis, kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang menghambat adalah kekurangan sumber daya, status perkawinan, stress, kelelahan.
