Apakah Intervensi yang dapat Dilakukan pada Pasien dengan Luka Kaki Diabetes Melitus untuk Meningkatkan Self Efficacy?: Integrative Review

Abstract

Penanganan luka kaki diabetes melitus salah satunya dengan menggunakan beberapa intervensi untuk meningkatkan self efficacy. Ada beberapa penelitian yang membahas tentang intervensi diabetes melitus efektif meningkatkan sel efficacy,  akan tetapi tidak membahas secara spesifik mengenai intervensi luka kaki diabetes melitus,  maka dari itu penting mengetahui  apakah intervensi yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien dengan luka kaki diabetes melitus untuk meningkatkan self efficacy Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui intervensi yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien dengan luka kaki diabetes melitus untuk meningkatkan self efficacy. Pencarian artikel menggunakan hasil skrining meninggalkan 8 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, dengan menggunakan kata kunci pencarian intervensi dan luka kaki diabetes melitus dan self efficacy. Metode integerative review menjelaskan lima tahap kerangka kerja, identifikasi masalah, penelusuran literature, evaluasi data, analisis data dan penyajian temuan. Intervensi edukasi pada pasien luka kaki diabetes melitus maupun yang  beresiko luka kaki diabetes melitus meningkatkatkan self efficacy, setelah dilakukan intervensi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pasien terhadap perawatan luka kaki diabetes melitus dan terjadi peningkatan kualitas hidup pada pasien diabetes melitus. Pada intervensi pelatihan meningkatkan self efficacy terhadap perawatan diri pada pasien luka kaki diabetes melitus maupun pasien dengan resiko luka kaki diabetes melitus.Luka kaki diabetes melitus merupakan komplikasi yang kronik, perlunya intervensi keperawatan pada pasien luka kaki diabetes melitus maupun pasien diabetes melitus yang berisiko luka kaki untuk meningkatkan self efficacy sehingga didapatkan dua jenis intervensi yaitu intervensi edukasi luka kaki diabetes melitus maupun diabetes melitus yang beresiko luka kaki dan juga pendekatan pelatihan perawatan luka kaki diabetes melitus.
