Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Implementasi Clinical Pathway Layanan Prioritas

Kualitas pelayanan serta biaya menjadi tinggi diakibatkan oleh karena Clinical Pathway tidak dilakukan dengan baik yang mengakibatkan pasien dirawat lebih lama dan kurang baik. Biaya yang tinggi menyebabkan Rumah sakit mengalami kerugian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan implementasi CP (Clinical Pathway) layanan prioritas di RSUP DR MDJamil Padang tahun 2023. Desain yang digunakan adalah cros sectional study. Populasi yaitu perawat yang dinas di Ruangan rawat inap. Sampel diambil dengan proportional random sampling. Jumlahnya 94 orang. Data dikumpukan dengan cara angket dan data dianalisa secara univariat, bivariat serta multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh proporsi implementasi CP yang lebih dari separuh kurang baik 56,4%, sedangkan untuk pengetahuan sebagian besar kurang baik 81,9%, sikap kurang baik 72,3%, sosialisasi kurang baik 59,6%. Terdapat hubungan antara sosialisasi dengan implementasi Clinical Pathway dengan p<0,005,. Faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan implementasi Clinical pathway adalah faktor sosialisasi (OR =0.084, 95% CI 0.028-0,250). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwasanya masih belum optimalnya implementasi clinical Pathway dan sangat diperlukannya sosialisasi tentang implementasi clinical pathway layanan prioritas lebih continue dan intens.
