Hubungan antara Durasi Duduk dengan Kejadian Nyeri Punggung Bawah

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan pembelajaran daring yang berakibat pada peningkatan durasi duduk pada mahasiswa. Hal ini dikhawatirkan akan meningkatkan tingkat LBP dikalangan mahasiswa. Hasil skrining yang dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa kedokteran umum angkatan 2019 Universitas Islam Sultan Agung pada bulan April 2022 didapatkan dari 109 mahasiswa, sebanyak 76 mahasiswa mengeluhkan adanya keluhan nyeri punggung bawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya dapat mengetahui hubungan durasi duduk dengan kejadian nyeri punggung bawah pada mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran Universitas Islam Sultan Agung. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 67 sampel. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive sampling, pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner oswetry disability index atau ODI kepada mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria. Uji validitas didapatkan r-hitung 0,722 dan uji realibitas didapatkan 0,890. Metode analisis statistik dengan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 67 sampel, proporsi mahasiswa dengan nyeri punggung bawah kategori sedang dan berat sebanyak 13,4% dan 3%, sedangkan yang tidak nyeri punggung bawah sebesar 83,6%. Analisis uji Spearman didapatkannilai p value <0,05 (p = 0,000) sehingga ada hubungan antara durasi duduk dengan kejadian nyeri punggung bawah, serta didapatkan nilai r = 0,436 dengan keeratan hubungan sedang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat ada hubungan antara durasi duduk dengan kejadian nyeri punggung bawah pada mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran Universitas Islam Sultan Agung.
