Pengaruh Fasilitasi Neuromuskuler Proprioseptif dengan Tingkat Kemandirian terhadap Aktivitas Sehari-Hari pada Pasien Stroke: A Systematic Review

Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di dunia. Penderita stroke yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam kesehariannya yang mempengaruhi kemandiriannya. Fasilitasi neuromuskuler proprioseptif (PNF) adalah metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kehidupan sehari-hari pasien stroke. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan PNF terhadap aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari (ADL) pada pasien stroke. Metode: menggunakan metode pencarian literatur dengan tinjauan sistematis (PRISMA) sebagai standar untuk melakukan tinjauan sistematis. Pencarian artikel dilakukan di database elektronik termasuk Science Direct, Pubmed dan Proquest. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah PNF dan ADL dan stroke. Kriteria artikel terpilih adalah 1) terbitan tahun 2018-2023 2) teks lengkap 3) artikel dalam bahasa Inggris 4) studi RCT atau studi eksperimen. Artikel dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria dan total 9 artikel dari 4435 artikel diperoleh dengan PRISMA. Tinjauan sistematis ini menemukan bahwa ada banyak jenis rehabilitasi yang dapat ditawarkan kepada pasien pasca stroke. Namun di sisi lain, menyediakan sistem rehabilitasi berbasis teknologi membutuhkan biaya yang sangat tinggi, sehingga relatif tidak mungkin dilakukan di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia.
