Instrumen Pengukuran Activity Daily Living (ADL) pada Pasien Stroke

Abstract

Stroke merupakan penyebab utama kecacatan dan ketergantungan yang secara langsung menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien. Kecacatan akibat stroke dapat dicegah dengan rencana penanganan stroke yang holistik dan komprehensif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kemandirian aktivitas hidup sehari-hari bagi pasien pasca stroke dengan menggunakan insrument. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan  kata kunci PICO untuk mencari beberapa artikel Ada empat data base yang digunakan Google Scholar, PMC dan PubMed . Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah untuk publikasi dalam 5 tahun terakhir dari 2017-2022, artikel teks lengkap dan berbicara bahasa Inggris, sesuai judul, dan penelitian retrospective cohort studies. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Indeks Kartz. Total artikel yang diperoleh dari data base berjumlah 4.455 artikel.  5 artikel ditinjau secara lengkap dan  memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Kualitas studi adalah variabel. Indeks Barthel, Kegiatan Instrumental Lawton-Brody Skala Kehidupan Sehari-hari,Pengukuran Kemandirian Fungsional (FIM) dan Studi Kooperatif Penyakit Alzheimer - skala ADL (ADCS-ADL) adalah tujuh instrumen pengukuran yang paling sering dikutip. Dari jumlah tersebut, hanya dua termasuk penilaian dasar dan ADL instrumental. Skala MDS-UPDRS dan S&E adalah dua skala yang dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai yang direkomendasikan.
