Faktor Risiko Gangguan Muskuloskeletal pada Tenaga Kesehatan: Meta Analisis

Petugas kesehatan berisiko tinggi mengalami gejala gangguan muskuloskeletal seperti nyeri, cedera, trauma, dan penyakit lainnya. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMD) adalah cedera yang mencakup berbagai kondisi inflamasi atau degeneratif yang berhubungan dengan nyeri atau disfungsi fisik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor risiko gangguan musculoskeletal pada tenaga Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian systematic review dan meta analisis dengan PICO sebagai berikut, Populasi: Tenaga kesehatan. Intervensi: frekuensi angkat berat yang tinggi. Comparison: frekuensi angkat berat yang rendah. Outcome: Low Back Pain. Artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari tiga database yaitu Google Scholar, Pubmed, dan Science Direct. Kata kunci untuk mencari artikel “Low Back Pain” AND “Lifting Heavy Loads” AND “Health Worker” Artikel yang disertakan adalah full-text berbahasa Inggris dengan desain cross sectional tahun 2007 hingga 2022 dengan menggunakan pelaporan adjusted Odds Ratio (aOR) dalam analisis multivariat. PRISMA flow diagram digunakan sebagai metode untuk pemilihan artikel. Artikel dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Review Manager 5.3. Sebanyak 7 cross sectional, Tujuh Artikel mengambil responden penelitian perawat, lokasi penelitian adalah di Negara Asia . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa petugas medis dengan frekuensi angkat berat yang sering memiliki risiko mengalami nyeri punggung sebanyak 1.66 kali dibandingkan dengan petugas medis dengan frekuensi angkat berat yang jarang (aOR= 1.66; 95% CI 1.41 hingga 1.96; p = 0.001). Petugas medis dengan level stres pekerjaan yang tinggi dan frekuensi angkat berat yang sering memiliki risiko mengalami nyeri punggung.
