Intervensi untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Spiritual pada Pasien Dewasa dengan Kanker: A Scoping Review

Kanker mengancam makna hidup pasien yang terkadang mengarah pada munculnya rasa disintegrasi. Disintegrasi muncul akibat permasalahan distress spiritual sehingga menunjukkan perlunya pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual. Mengatasi kebutuhan spiritual pasien kanker penting dalam mempercepat pemulihan dan mencapai kesejahteraan spiritual. Tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi intervensi yang dapat dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan spiritual pada pasien kanker. Studi ini menggunakan desain scoping review. Pencarian artikel dari 2 database PubMed dan EBSCOHost serta 1 search engine yaitu Google Scholar dengan waktu publikasi pada 5 tahun terakhir (2018 – 2022) berdasarkan kata kunci “Intervention” AND “Spiritual Well-being” AND “Patient Cancer”. Hasilnya sebanyak 9 artikel diperoleh dan dianalisis dengan analisis tematik. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan literatur pada 9 artikel, ditemukan 6 intervensi spiritual yaitu spiritual therapy, spiritual group therapy, mindfulness, spiritual counseling, meditation, dan islami-based caring. Intervensi-intervensi tersebut terbukti dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan spiritual pada pasien kanker.
