Analisis Penggunaan Indeks Gizi Prognostik pada Kesintasan Keseluruhan Pasien Kanker Payudara

Indeks gizi prognostik, dihitung melalui formula sederhana menggunakan kadar albumin serum dan jumlah sel limfosit dalam darah tepi. PNI telah dilaporkan terkait dengan efek terapeutik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai indeks gizi prognostik dengan kesintasan keseluruhan pasien kanker payudara. Penelitian observasional analitik yang berfokus pada analisis kesintasan pasien kanker payudara di RSUD Abdul Moeloek, Provinsi Lampung tahun 2018 dengan Keterangan Kelaikan Etik No. S.25/019/FKES10/2023 pada tanggal 15 Februari 2023 yang di keluarkan oleh Universitas Mitra Indonesia. Sampel terdapat 159 pasien kanker payudara menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian terdapat 6 pasien meninggal (3,75%) dan 153 pasien (96,25%) bertahan. Nilai rerata PNI pada pasien kanker payudara yaitu 70,0175 dengan PNI <45 sebanyak 44 orang dan PNI >45. Hasil kesintasan keseluruhan pasien kanker payudara yang memiliki nilai indeks gizi prognostik lebih dari 45 sebanyak 90,7%. Data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara PNI terhadap kesintasan keseluruhan 5 tahun dengan nilai p 0,046 dengan OR 0,171 dimana pasien dengan PNI <45 berisiko memiliki kesintasan < 5 tahun 0,171 kali lebih besar. Kesintasan keseluruhan pasien kanker payudara dalam 5 tahun sebanyak 96,25%. Terdapat hubungan indeks gizi prognostik dengan kesintasan keseluruhan pasien kanker payudara.
