Pengembangan Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) Pada Kuliah Kerja Nyata Profesi Kesehatan

Instrumen Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) merupakan tools untuk mengukur kesiapan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran interprofessional pada KKN Profesi Kesehatan. Tujuan untuk menghasilkan RIPLS dalam versi bahasa Indonesia dan dimodifikasi untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan IPEC pada KKN profesi. Skala yang dimodifikasi diuji dengan menggunakan validitas konstruk (teknik kelompok yang diketahui) reliabilitas tes-retes dan internal consistency. Penelitian ini melibatkan lima orang ahli, 85 mahasiswa yang melakukan KKN Profesi Kesehatan dan 38 mahasiswa yang belum melakukan KN Profesi Kesehatan. Skala ini terdiri dari 4 subskala. Teknik validitas konstruk kelompok yang diketahui menemukan perbedaan skor yang signifikan dari mean 3.29 vs 3.82 p<0,001). Uji-ulang (r-value) berada pada kisaran 0,83-1,00 (p<0,001), dan konsistensi internal berada pada kisaran 0,49-0,85 dari Cronbach. RIPLS yang dimodifikasi dengan 4 subskala ini merupakan skala yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengevaluasi sikap terhadap tim layanan antarprofesional dalam studi kerja lapangan mahasiswa kesehatan.
