Rehabilitasi Pasca Stroke Ditinjau dari Fungsi Motorik : A Systematic Review

Pasien stroke mengalami kerusakan sel otak berbagai masalah fisik dan mental seperti tekanan darah, sistem pernapasan, kardiovaskular, gangguan bahasa, masalah otot dan sendi. Salah satu aspek penting dari rehabilitasi pasien stroke adalah mobilisasi dini. Mobilisasi dini meliputi perubahan posisi tubuh, latihan gerakan sendi secara aktif dan pasif. Program rehabilitasi mencakup rehabilitasi medik, sosial, vokasional melibatkan tim medis multidisiplin termasuk dokter spesialis ahli saraf, dokter rehabilitasi medis, perawat, fisioterapis, terapis okupasi, asisten kesehatan sosial, psikolog dan keluarga pasien. Maksimalkan kemandirian fungsional, kemampuan pasien untuk melanjutkan gaya hidup atau peran seperti sebelum sakit (rehabilitasi, penyesuaian dan perubahan fungsional). Pentingnya rehabilitasi pasien stroke dan mobilisasi dini membantu mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pasien, tim medis multidisiplin dan program rehabilitasi yang holistik untuk memastikan pasien stroke mendapat perawatan terbaik. Pencarian artikel dilakukan di database elektronik termasuk Science Direct, Pubmed, dan Clinicalkey. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah post stroke DAN rehabilitasi DAN dewasa DAN mobilitas fungsi. Kriteria pemilihan artikel 1)terbitan tahun 2018-2023 2)fulltext 3)artikel berbahasa Inggris 4)studi RCT atau studi percobaan. Artikel dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria, didapatkan total 9 dari 67 artikel tercapai artikel menggunakan PRISMA. Tinjauan sistematis ini menemukan berbagai jenis rehabilitasi dilakukan pada pasien pasca stroke. Namun, untuk pengirimannya membutuhkan biaya yang sangat tinggi sistem rehabilitasi berbasis teknologi, membuatnya relatif tidak layak di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Merumuskan konsep desain alternatif atau membutuhkan sistem rehabilitasi mengidentifikasi terapi okupasi, membuat prototipe, dan mengevaluasi prototype berbasis teknologi. Selain itu juga, analisis ekonomi juga diperlukan untuk memungkinkan sistem terapi okupasi terjangkau dapat diterapkan di Indonesia.
