Pengaruh Skrining Disfagia pada Pasien Stroke Akut: A Systematic Review

Stroke merupakatern gangguan neorologis yaitu gangguan disebabkan oleh tidak berfungsinya sistem saraf gangguan aliran darah serebral, yang bisa muncul tiba-tiba dalam beberapa kasus saat-saat yang gejala atau tandanya bergantung pada wilayah tergangu dan dapat menyebabkan disfagia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan validitas berbasis bukti dari item skrining disfagia menggunakan evaluasi instrumental sebagai standar referensi. karena pasien stroke mengalami Kerusakan saraf kranial, terutama saraf kranial trigeminal, facial, glossopharyngeal, plantar, hypoglossal, dialami oleh pasien stroke menyebabkan apopleksi-disfagia. Disfagia didefinisikan sebagai kesulitan menelan, yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi seperti pneumonia, aspirasi dan malnutrisi. Pencarian literatur untuk tinjauan menggunakan database dengan kriteria kualitas tinggi dan sedang, yaitu Pubmed, Sciencedirect dan Google Scholar. Mencari istilah screening disfagia yang digunakan adalah “Stroke akut” dan “Skrining disfagia” dan “fungsi menelen”. Kata kunci yang sama digunakan dalam pencarian literatur di setiap database. Operator Boolean digunakan untuk menggabungkan kata kunci dan istilah indeks, dan hasil pencarian disempurnakan menggunakan filter tergantung pada setiap database. Kriteria artikel di pilih 1) di terbitkan tahun 2018-2023, 2) full teks, 3) artikel dalam Bahasa inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia 4) penelitian RTC, studi eksperimental. Artikel dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria, dari total 8.263 artikel artikel dengan prisma. Tinjauan sistematis ini ditemukan tentang jenis scrining disfagia yang di lakukan pada pasien stroke akut. pasien disarankan untuk mengikuti tes skrining disfagia.
