Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) adalah virus yang menginfeksi sel darah putih yang dapat mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi kekebalan tubuh, menyebabkan tubuh seseorang lebih rentan mengalami infeksi dan penyakit lain. Kepatuhan dalam perawatan dan pengobatan adalah faktor yang dapat menurunkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas pada pasien HIV/AIDS, untuk dapat mewujudkan hal tersebut pasien harus konsisten dalam perawatan dan pengobatan. Ketidakpatuhan dalam perawatan dan pengobatan yang dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan yang sangat tinggi dari HIV menjadi AIDS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Efektivitas Dukungan Sebaya Dengan Dukungan Pemuka Agama Terhadap Kepatuhan Minum Antiretroviral Pada Pasien HIV. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode electronic data base, dengan pencarian 6 jurnal nasional maupun internasional dengan menggunakan melalui: Clinicalkey, Proquest, Scopus, Sciencedirect dan springerlink, dari tahun 2017 – 2022. Hasil: dukungan sebaya dan dukungan pemuka agama dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien minum antiretroviral pada pasien HIV.
