Pendekatan Perilaku terhadap Peningkatan Pemakaian Kondom diantara Laki Seks Laki Orang dengan HIV/AIDS (LSL ODHA): Tinjauan Literatur

Abstract

Laki Seks Laki Orang Dengan HIV AIDS merupakan suatu pola hubungan yang bersifat romantis antara sesama pria sehingga terbentuk suatu identitas tertentu yang terjadi pada orang dengan HIV AIDS atau disebut juga LSL ODHA, saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang pesat sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan yang beragam, seperti halnya penggunaan kondom yang tidak konsisten yang akan semakin menambah resiko terhadap penularan HIV. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pendekatan perilaku dalam peningkatan pemakaian kondom diantara LSL ODHA. Pencarian literatur secara ektensif dilakukan pada bulan November 2022-Januari 2023 dengan menggunakan empat database, yaitu Taylor & francis online, Science Direct, Scopus, Clinicalkey yang menggunakan RCT, pada LSL ODHA dewasa usia di atas 18 tahun dan Bahasa Inggris dengan kata kunci HIV/AIDS OR HIV OR AIDS OR people with HIV/AIDS AND man sex man AND behaviour approach AND increase condom use. Dari hasil pencarian awal didapatkan 1176 artikel setelah dilakukan reduksi berdasarkan kriteria tersebut didapatkan 6 artikel yang menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pemakaian kondom. Pendekatan tersebut dapat dilakukan secara online meliputi: Informasi   HIV secara visual, e-conceling, dan mHealth dan secara offline: HOLA enGrupos, Clinic-Based Safer Sex Program dan Pendidikan kesehatan tentang seks yang aman. Dari enam jurnal yang relevan setelah dianalisis menjelaskan bahwa pendekatan perilaku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemakaian kondom yang konsisten diantara LSL ODHA (P ; OR 1,29-18,13; 95% CI). Pendekatan-pendekatan perilaku dapat dilaksanakan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik objek pendekatan yang tepat dan waktu yang tersedia.
