Kepuasan Pasien terhadap Perilaku Caring Perawat di Indonesia: Tinjauan Literatur

Kepuasan pasien terhadap perilaku caring perawat merupakan hal penting yang menjadi perhatian bagi pelayanan kesehatan di berbagai negara. Perilaku caring perawat merupakan salah satu faktor penentu kepuasan pasien karena perawat merupakan sumber daya manusia yang berinteraksi dengan pasien paling lama dibandingkan dengan pemberi pelayanan kesehatan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pasien terhadap perilaku caring perawat di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari literatur melalui PubMed, database Cochrane, dan google Scholar. Pencarian menggunakan kata kunci patient satisfaction AND nurse caring OR nurse care AND Indonesia, dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia. Setelah penyaringan, didapatkan 17 artikel yang dimasukkan dalam literature review ini. Ditemukan proporsi pasien yang puas dengan perilaku caring perawat di Indonesia berkisar antara 40-100%. Kepuasan pasien dengan perilaku caring perawat tertinggi dirasakan oleh pasien di pulau Jawa khususnya wilayah Jawa Timur, sedangkan wilayah dengan proporsi kepuasan pasien terendah adalah pulau Sumatera, khususnya Sumatera Utara. Agama dan budaya sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin, pendidikan, dan lama perawatan pasien. Kepuasan pasien terhadap perilaku caring perawat bervariasi antar provinsi di Indonesia dan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien melalui peningkatan perilaku caring perawat sesuai harapan pasien.
