Pengaruh Akreditasi Rumah Sakit terhadap Budaya Keselamatan Pasien Menggunakan Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC):Systematic Review

Akreditasi rumah sakit adalah proses penilaian dan penetapan kelayakan rumah sakit berdasarkan standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan oleh lembaga independen dengan tujuan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien. keselamatan pasien salah satunya diukur degan kuesioner Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC). Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akreditasi rumah sakit terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien. Penelitian systematic review, artikel diambil dari database pubmed, ebsco, scielo, sciencedirect, dan web of science dengan kata kunci “accreditation” or “hospital accreditation” and “hospital survey”, and “patient safety culture”. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah artikel jurnal dalam rentang sepuluh tahun penerbitan, menggunakan bahasa inggris, merupakan full paper , dan artikel menggunakan kuesioner survei Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) dalam penilaian budaya keselamatan pasien. Sebanyak 10 artikel direview dalam penelitian ini. terdapat 8 artikel menunjukan bahwa akreditasi rumah sakit memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien. rumah sakit yang sudah terakreditasi mempunyai persepsi mengenai budaya keselamatan pasien yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam hal pelaporan insiden atau kecelakaan. terdapat 2 artikel yang menunjukan bahwa akreditasi rumah sakit memiliki hubungan yang lemah dan hampir tidak ada pengaruhnya terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien. Akreditasi rumah sakit memberikan pengaruh persepsi positif tenaga kesehatan terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien.
