Faktor-Faktor ydang Mempengaruhi Kematian Ibu dan Penggunaan Layanan Kesehatan Ibu di Indonesia: Study Literature

Kematian ibu mengacu pada kematian akibat komplikasi kehamilan atau persalinan. Tahun 2000 hingga 2020, rasio kematian ibu (MMR) global menurun sebesar 34 persen dari 339 kematian menjadi 223 kematian per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Penelitian bertujuan menjawab pertanyaan ‘apa akar permasalahan organisasi dan kualitas layanan yang menyebabkan tingginya angka kematian ibu’ melalui analisis data rumah sakit yang menangani kematian ibu.Tinjauan pelingkupan terhadap artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan dan ditinjau oleh rekan sejawat di dua database (PubMed dan Science Direct), dengan fokus pada faktor struktural dan perantara dalam kerangka kerja yang mempengaruhi hasil kesehatan ibu dalam kaitannya dengan “kematian ibu” dan “penggunaan layanan kesehatan ibu”..Dari 50 hits asli, kami mengidentifikasi 10 artikel teks lengkap dan 16 artikel tambahan dari pemeriksaan referensi yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian kami untuk rinciannya lihat. Sebelas artikel mencakup studi kualitatif yang berfokus pada wilayah distrik atau subdistrik di negara bagian Indonesia yang diteliti.Tingkat ini dihubungkan dengan rencana eskalasi-de-eskalasi pasien yang tepat, dukungan kebijakan, pendanaan dan imbalan bagi penyedianya. Peran penting masyarakat juga disoroti karena pelayanan maternitas tidak bisa dilakukan terpisah dari masyarakat karena kurangnya sumber daya dalam pengaturan layanan kesehatan. Selain itu, mendukung kebijakan akan memperkuat penerapan rekomendasi, termasuk kepatuhan pasien terhadap rekomendasi.
