Abstract

Undang-undang K3 adalah bagian penting untuk mengelola organisasi dan Perusahaan, ketika kecelakaan memang terjadi, laporan investigasi harus mengidentifikasi semua kasus ketidakpatuhan yang terdeteksi selama penyelidikan.Tujuan ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana kepatuhan dengan undang-undang, peraturan dan standar mempengaruhi kesehatan dan manajemen keselamatan di perusahaan. Tinjauan sistematis adalah pendekatan khusus untuk mengidentifikasi, pilih dan nilai semua literatur dari tingkat kualitas tertentu yang disepakati yang relevan untuk pertanyaan penelitian. Menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 makalah yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, 54,54% diterbitkan pada tahun 2023.Karakteristik seluruh seleksi penelitian (n=11) Terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa ada banyak pendekatan, yang paling banyak digunakan adalah metode pengambilan sampel acak langsung.Pada bagian berikut, hasil dari literatur yang dipilih adalah dianalisis, dibahas, dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam kategori.Dampak undang-undang pada isu-isu OHS,Kesulitan dalam implementasi Eropa Petunjuk 89/391 / CEE, Deteksi ketidakpatuhan hukum dalam pekerjaan investigasi kecelakaan,Deteksi ketidakpatuhan hukum di OHS sebagai Indikator utama,Pengaturan diri,Kepatuhan hukum dalam Ketahanan baru Paradigma Teknik.
