Pengaruh Post Hemodialisa pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Desease (CKD) terhadap Kepatuhan Penatalaksanaan Keperawatan

Gagal ginjal kronik (Chronic Kidney Desease /CKD) merupakan kerusakan ginjal atau perkiraan laju filtrasi glomerulus (eGFR) kurang dari 60 ml/menit per 1,73meter persegi, bertahan selama 3 bulan atau lebih sehingga pasien harus mendapatkan Terapi Pengganti Ginjal (TPG) agar dapat terus menjalani aktifitas sehari – hari, salah satunya hemodialisa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh post hemodialisa pada pasien CKD terhadap kepatuhan penatalaksanaan keperawatan di lantai 14 blok D RSUD Koja Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan sampel pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisis rutin selama lebih dari 6 bulan sebanyak 49 pasien secara teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas > 0,514 dan uji reliabilitas 0,980. Pengolahan data analisa bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan chi-square didapatkan nilai p: 0,016 dengan odds ratio: 5,089. Pasien yang memiliki pengalaman post HD baik akan memiliki kepatuhan 5,089 kali lebih besar dari pada pasien yang memiliki pengalaman post HD kurang baik. Perawat diharapkan dapat melaksanakan edukasi tentang diet, pembatasan cairan, dan kontrol berat badan pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialysis.
