Gambaran Kebutuhan Perawatan Suportive Pasien Cancer Ginekology yang Sedang Menjalani Rawat Inap

Pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan pada pasien kanker ginekologi yang sedang menjalani rawat inap akan menyebabkan timbulnya perbedaan kebutuhan perawatan supportive yang terbagi atas lima domain diantaranya adalah domain fisik, domain psikologis, domain system informasi, domain dukungan perawatan dan domain seksualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran kebutuhan perawatan suportif pasien kanker ginekologi yang sedang menjalani rawat inap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien dengan kanker ginekologi yang sedang menalani rawat inap yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. dengan tehnik sampling consecutive sampling. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan memberikan kuisioner kebutuhan perawatan supportive. Kuesioner tersebut dinamakan Supportive Care Needs Survey (SCNS-SF34 telah dilakukan uji validitas dengan taraf signifikan 5% didapatkan nilai dari uji sebelumnya didapatkan 0,302 – 0,792, maka kuesioner tersebut dikatakan valid dan uji reliabilitas dengan nilair = 0,933, maka disimpulkan r hitung > r tabel, maka kuisioner dikatakan reliable. Analisis univariatnya menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagian besar pasien membutuhkan kebutuhan perawatan suportif pada domain fisik (92%), domain psikologis (73%), domain system informasi (80%), dan kurang membutuhkan kebutuhan perawatan suportif pada domain dukungan perawatan (48 %) dan domain seksualitas (11 %).
