Analisis Pelaksanaan Management Kegawatdaruratan dalam Fase Bencana Pandemic Covid-19

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengekspolrasi secara mendalam pelaksanaan management kegawatdaruratan dalam fase Bencana pandemic covid-19 di RSUD Tarakan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam (Indepth interview). Peneliti Menggunakan model analisis tematik Braun dan Clark (2006). Hasil Tema 1 Modifikasi pelayanan  covid di IGD, tema 2  penguatan peningkatan kewaspadaan, tema 3 Adaptasi Penguatan psikologis, tema 4 sistem komunikasi multiprofesi  yang belum maksimal.   Kesimpulan IGD RSUD kota Tarakan telah mengikuti dan memodifikasi layanan kegawatan daruratan yang mana tampak dari proses screnning belum pelayanan triage, adanya ruang isolasi, dan penggunaan APD hal ini bertujuan sebagai menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan petugas Kesehatan.
