Key Point of Covid-19 Pandemic Management as Global Disaster in Nursing Perspective: A Scooping Review

Abstract

Secara global, COVID-19 memberikan dampak besar di berbagai sektor. Hantaman kematian dan kesulitan untuk mendapatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan menjadi momok menakutkan di berbagai negara yang terdampak. Banyak intervensi penanganan pandemi yang berdampak positif dan langsung berperan dalam menekan dan mencegah penyebaran virus. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui poin utama yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi pandemi COVID-19 yang ditetapkan sebagai bencana global dilihat dari pandangan keperawatan. Penelitian ini merupakan telaah literatur pada beberapa database elektronik diantaranya EbscoHost, Sciencedirect, Proquest, PubMed dengan mencari artikel dalam rentang tahun 2019-2022 . 21 artikel dipilih untuk dilakukan analisis. Artikel yang dipilih terdiri atas 13 artikel original dan 8 artikel review. Penanganan pandemi COVID-19 dikelompokan menjadi upaya promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif. Tindakan yang kurang efektif dalam membatasi penularan penyakit adalah skrining termal yang diimplementasikan sebagai bagian dari gabungan tindakan skrining. Hasil telaah artikel penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum ditemukan adanya data yang menunjukkan negara di dunia yang dapat memperkirakan akan adanya pandemi yang disebabkan oleh virus corona, sehingga keempat jenis tindakan layanan berbasis komunitas tersebut dimulai sebagai respon tanggap bencana.
