Program Self Efficacy dalam Perawatan Kaki Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2

Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan penyakit dengan peringkat ke-9 penyebab kematian utama di dunia. Jumlah penderita diabetes melitus di dunia diprediksi terus meningkat mencapai 578 juta di tahun 2030 dan 700 juta di tahun 2045. Kaki diabetes merupakan komplikasi yang umum pada penderita diabetes yang dapat menimbulkan gejala dan akibat yang cukup berat bagi penderita diabetes melitus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan self efficacy perawatan kaki pada pasien diabetes melitus setelah dilakukan program self efficacy dalam perawatan kaki diabetes di ruang rawat Inap RS Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih dengan metode yang dilakukan yaitu quasi experiment dengan pendekan pre eksperimental design rancangan one group pretest post test design. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien diabetes melitus di ruang rawat Inap dengan jumlah sampel 21 responden dengan teknik pengambilan non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner self efficacy perawatan kaki diabetes melitus analisis data univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan self efficacy pasien setelah mengikuti program self efficacy perawatan kaki diabetes melitus dengan v palue 0.000.
