Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Hidup Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronis yang Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisis

Perubahan pola hidup yang terkait dengan perawatan hemodialisis yang kompleks, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi mental atau psikologis dan sosial pasien. Perubahan fungsi fisik, psikologis, kurangnya mobilitas, masalah pekerjaan, penganguran dalam aktifitas, kelelahan dan ketakutan tantang masa depan merupakan masalah yang dihadapi penderita gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis. Jenis penelitian menggunakan Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study dengan jumlah sampel 53 responden yang diambiil dengan teknik purposive sampling dan instrumen kualitas hidup diukur dengan KDQOL-SF 3.6 dengan hasil validditas diatas 0.0361 dan hasil reliabilitas 0.806. Uji analisis menggunakan independent t-test atau one-way ANOVA dan uji regresi logistic. Rata-rata usia <50 tahun, 53,7% perempuan, pendidikan menengah pertama 51,5%, tidak bekerja 72,2%, lebih dari 5 tahun menjalani hemodialisis 44,4%, kepatuhan pembatasan cairan 50,0%. Rata-rata kualitas hidup symptom/problem list 66,90, effect kidney disease 65,68, burden kidney disease 50,47, SF-12 Physical Health 40,69, dan SF-12 Mental Health 50,20.
