Abstract

Perubahan fisik pada pasien kanker payudara yang akan mempengaruhi konsep diri seseorang, salah satunya adalah citra tubuh.  Ancaman terhadap citra tubuh sering disertai dengan perasaan malu. Pasien kanker payudara memiliki banyak pengalaman yang menyebabkan gangguan fisik, psikologis, sosial dari efek penyakit dan pengobatan.  Tujuan dari tinjauan ini adalah untuk mereview hasil penelitian yang berhubungan dengan intervensi apa yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan citra tubuh pada pasien kankaer payudara. Metode pencarian artikel yang relevan menggunakan database PubMed, Science Direct dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci: "intervention", "body images", "breast cancer",  "chemotherapy". Pencarian literatur dari 2018 hingga 1 Januari 2022 dan analisis literatur menggunakan pedoman PRISMA dan penilaian kelayakan menggunakan penilaian JBI Critical. Tujuh artikel dimasukkan dalam tinjauan literatur.   Studi ini menemukan bahwa memberikan Intervensi keperawatan, perawatan kecantikan, pendinginan kulit kepala, Latihan ketahanan dan latihan aerobik, Struktur latihan menulis online dan pendidikan kesehatan online. Intervensi keperawatan, perawatan kecantikan, pendinginan kulit kepala, Latihan ketahanan dan latihan aerobik,  Struktur latihan menulis online dan pendidikan kesehatan online dapat meningkatkan citra tubuh pasien kanker payudara.
