Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Kecemasan Perawat Unit Gawat Darurat pada Rumah Sakit Rujukan Covid-19 di Bali

Perawat Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) merupakan profesional kesehatan yang pertama kali berhadapan dengan semua pasien di Rumah Sakit.adanya pandemi COVID-19 tentu akan berdampak pada kesehatan fisik maupun psikis dari perawat UGD. Salah satu dampak psikis dari pandemi ini adalah kecemasan yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak COVID-19 terhadap kecemasan perawat UGD di Rumah Sakit rujukan COVID-19 di Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental Observational Analitic yang dilakukan terhadap 206 perawat UGD pada 10 Rumah Sakit rujukan COVID-19 di Bali dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online untuk mengukur kecemasan perawat UGD. Hasil analisis didapatkan dominan sebanyak 134 orang (65%) perawat UGD pada RS rujukan COVID-19 di Bali mengalami kecemasan ringan. Pandemi COVID-19 memang menyebabkan kecemasan pada perawat UGD, namun masih pada rentang yang ringan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa perawat UGD pada RS rujukan COVID-19 di Bali memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang baik dan manajemen yang baik dalam menghadapi situasi pandemi termasuk dukungan yang cukup dari kepala ruangan UGD selama pandemi berlangsung.
