Pemeriksaan Tanda Kussmaul sebagai Prediktor Infark Miokardium Akut pada Ventrikel Kanan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegunaan pemeriksaan melihat tanda kussmaul sebagai pemeriksaan paling awal dan mudah pada kasus IMA dinding inferior. Metode dalam penelitian ini ada study kasus menggunakan asuhan keperawatan pada kasus IMA dinding inferior dengan komplikasi IMA ventrikel kanan melalui pendekatan laporan kasus yang ada di lapangan dengan tindakan mandiri dan kolaboratif dihubungkan dengan ada atau tidaknya tanda Kussmaul. penelitian dilakukan di ruang IGD pada saat pasien datang dengan keluhan nyeri dada khas infark dan gambaran rekaman elektrokardiografi (EKG) 12 sandapan yang menunjukkan lokasi IMA di inferior. Kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik melihat tanda Kussmaul tersebut dan dibuktikan selanjutnya dengan hasil EKG IMA ventrikel kanan. Pemeriksaan tanda Kussmaul ini sangat berguna terutama pada pasien IMA inferior yang memerlukan monitoring hemodinamik terkait pencegahan kegagalan fungsi ventrikel kanan sehingga dengan pengenalan dini maka komplikasi terkait infark ventrikel kanan dapat dihindari.
