Aplikasi Cold Pack Penurunan Nyeri Pasca Kateterisas Jantung: Tinjauan Sistematis

Penyakit jantung koroner merupakan kondisi yang mengancam jiwa dan membutuhkan biaya yang besar dalam pengobatannya. Cold Pack merupakan intervensi untuk mengontrol nyeri. Cold Pack untuk pasien PCI sebagai metoda paling mudah, paling murah dan paling efektif untuk mengurangi nyeri radang akut. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan studi kasus (case study). Studi kasus dalam desain inovatif ini yaitu studi kasus dengan cara menerapkan hasil penelitian berupa memberikan kompres dingin dengan Cold Pack untuk mengurangi masalah gangguan rasa nyaman nyeri pada pasien dengan pasca PCI di RSUD Tarakan. Cold pack merupakan tindakan dalam memanfaatkan dingin untuk mengurangi nyeri, peradangan. Cold Pack gel diberikan selama 20 menit sebelum pencabutan sheath transfemoral yang ditujukan untuk mencegah terjadinya perdarahan atau hematoma yang mungkin dapat terjadi setelah dicabutnya sheath transfemoral.
