Aplikasi Discharge Planning Pasien Stroke

Pelayanan keperawatan memiliki peran penting untuk upaya menjaga mutu palayanan dirumah sakit. Perawat memberikan pelayanan secara komprehensif kepada pasien. Program keperawatan profesional dan rencana pemulangan pasien menjadi perhatian. Stroke adalah hilangnya fungsi otak secara tiba-tiba yang disebabkan oleh gangguan suplai darah ke bagian otak. Proses rehabilitasi pasien stroke butuh waktu dan kesabaran. Persiapan pemulangan pasien stroke yang disebut dengan discharge planning merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan sebelum pasien stroke pulang. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk membuat rancangan aplikasi discharge planning pasien stroke. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini digunakan metode analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi dengan no uji etik: 01/EC/LPPM/UWHS/I-2023. Hasil: telah tersusun aplikasi discharge planning pada pasien stroke. Setelah tersusun aplikasi, kemudian peneliti meminta masukan perawat yang bekerja di ruang perawatan stroke terkait kemudahan penggunaan dan isi materi. Aplikasi discharge planning mudah digunakan dan dapat diaplikasikan pada pasien stroke, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam perawatan selama di rumah. Aplikasi discharge planning pasien stroke sangat diperlukan bagi pasien, keluarga dan pengasuh pasien stroke selama perawatan dirumah, guna meminimalkan biaya perawatan dan sebagai panduan dalam melakukan perawatan pada pasien stroke.
