Pengalaman Perawat dalam Merawat Pasien dengan Diagnosa Covid-19 di Indonesia: Qualitative Study

Novel coronavirus pneumonia yang dikenal sebagai Covid-19 adalah jenis peradangan paru yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus corona baru. Covid-19 Sudah menyebar ke seluruh dunia sejak Desember 2019. Selama pandemi, perawat yang memiliki kontak lebih dekat dan lebih sering dengan pasien yang terinfeksi menjadi takut dan cemas karena kekhawatiran yang menular virus dapat mempengaruhi mereka dan keluarganya terutama secara resmi ketika mereka melihat penyedia layanan kesehatan lain terinfeksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi pengalaman perawat dalam Merawat Pasien dengan Diagnosa Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 partisipan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan 5 tema, yaitu : 1) Kecemasan dalam merawat Covid 19, 2) Mekanisme Koping, 3) Tantangan Selama Merawat Covid-19 dan 4) Perilaku Caring Perawat dan 5) Harapan Perawat dalam Merawat Covid-19. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pengalaman perawat dalam merawat pasien Covid-19. Pengalaman perawat dalam merawat pasien Covid-19 tergambar dalam 5 tema yaitu : Kecemasan dalam merawat Covid 19, Mekanisme Koping, Tantangan Selama Merawat Covid-19, Perilaku Caring Perawat dan Harapan Perawat dalam Merawat Covid-19.
