Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi desain poster komunikasi verbal de-eskalasi sebagai strategi intervensi untuk menurunkan tingkat kebisingan dan kegelisahan di kegawatdaruratan psikiatri. Kegawatdaruratan psikiatri seringkali menjadi lingkungan yang penuh tekanan, di mana komunikasi yang efektif dapat menjadi kunci untuk menenangkan pasien yang mengalami krisis mental. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi keefektifan poster komunikasi verbal de-eskalasi sebagai strategi intervensi di kegawatdaruratan psikiatri. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan langkah-langkah desain grafis yang mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi verbal de-eskalasi yang efektif dengan menggunakan RASCH Model. Poster yang dihasilkan kemudian dievaluasi melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Data diambil melalui kuesioner untuk mengukur pemahaman dan efektivitas poster. Data dianalisis menggunakan RASCH Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain poster komunikasi verbal de-eskalasi efektif. Partisipan menilai poster sebagai alat yang membantu dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang teknik komunikasi yang tenang dan mengurangi potensi konflik. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah adopsi dan penerapan poster sebagai sumber informasi yang mudah diakses untuk tenaga medis dan pihak terkait di kegawatdaruratan psikiatri, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengalaman pasien.
