Hubungan antara makan daging merah olahan dan tidak diproses dan risiko penyakit jantung iskemik (IHD) tidak jelas, sedangkan hubungan antara makan unggas dan Penyakit jantung iskemik kurang jelas.Tujuan dari tinjauan sistematis adalah untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara diet daging olahan, unggas,dan daging merah yang tidak diproses dengan risiko Penyakit jantung iskemik menggunakan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan studi prospektif yang dipublikasikan. Hingga 14 November 2023, kami mencari database berikut secara menyeluruh: bioRxiv, medRxiv, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Web of Science, daftar referensi publikasi tertentu, dan tinjauan sistematis sebelumnya.Kami memasukkan semua studi kohort prospektif yang mengevaluasi hubungan antara 1 (þ) jenis daging dan risiko Penyakit jantung iskemik (insiden dan/atau kematian).Model efek tetap digunakan dalam meta-analisis. Ada total 13 artikel yang diterbitkan. 1,427,989; 32.630 contoh). Peningkatan asupan daging olahan dikaitkan dengan risiko Penyakit jantung iskemik 18% lebih tinggi (1,18; 95% CI, 1,12-1,25; studi 1/4 10), sementara peningkatan konsumsi daging merah yang tidak diproses dikaitkan dengan 9% (risiko relatif (RR) per 50 g / hari asupan yang lebih tinggi, 1,09; interval kepercayaan 95% (CI), 1,06-1,12; studi 1/4 12). Asupan unggas tidak menunjukkan korelasi apapun (nstudies 1/4 10).
