Pengaruh Edukasi Gaya Hidup Multikomponen terhadap Manajemen Diri pada Pasien Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis (PPOK) Stabil

Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) adalah permasalahan global yang menyababkan kematian dan angka kematian akibat PPOK di seluruh dunia dari tahun ke tahun .Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi gaya hidup multikomponen terhadap manajemen diri pasien Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis (PPOK) stabil di RSUD Rasyidin Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy eksperimen with control group design. Populasi sebanyak 111 orang pasien PPOK yang sedang mendapatkan pelayanan rawat jalan. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu33 orang kelompok intervensi dan 33 orang kelompok kontrol. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis paired t test dengan taraf significant 0,05. Pada kelompok intervensi diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh edukasi gaya hidup multikomponen terhadap manajemen diri dengan p value sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan sub domain manajemen diri p value sebesar 0,000. manajemen aktivitas p value sebesar 0,000. manajemen emosi p value sebesar 0,000. manajemen informasi p value sebesar 0,000 dan self-eficacy p value sebesar 0,000. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok control terhadap manajemen diri pasien PPOK stabil dengan selisih mean 59,33 dan p value sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan subdomain manajemen diri menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok control dengn nilai p sebesar 0,000.
