Tantangan dan Hambatan Perawat Manajer dalam Penerapan Evidence Based Practice: A Scoping Review

Perawat manajer merupakan faktor pendukung dalam penerapan EBP pada layanan asuhan keperawatan. Berbagai penelitian terkait hambatan penerapan EBP hanya membahas mengenai hambatan yang dialami oleh perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan penelitian yang telah dilakukan terkait tantangan dan hambatan perawat manajer dalam penerapan EBP. Scoping review ini menggunakan panduan PRISMA-ScR. Artikel diperoleh dari PubMed, Cochrane, ERIC dan Wiley Online Library dengan kriteria population: nurse manager OR nurse administrator, concept: evidence based practice OR evidence based management dan context: challenge OR barrier. Batasan yang diterapkan adalah artikel jurnal, publikasi tahun 2016-2021 dan memiliki full text. Dari hasil pencarian ditemukan 35.369 artikel. Artikel yang memenuhi kriteria kelayakan sebanyak enam artikel. Tantangan penerapan EBP yakni kurangnya partisipasi pasien, pengembangan kepemimpinan, kurang terbiasa dengan kegiatan EBP dan anggapan bahwa EBP merupakan aktivitas rasional dan metode perawatan yang efektif. Hambatan penerapan EBP yakni kurangnya dukungan manajemen, sumber daya dan kompetensi terkait EBP, serta gaya kepemimpinan.
