Endometriosis ditandai adanya endometrium di luar rongga rahim dan infiltrasi jaringan ektopik, menyebabkan peradangan, nyeri, dan infertilitas. Keadaan infertilitas yang berkaitan dengan endometriosis terutama pada stadium III dan IV sering kali memerlukan Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) untuk dapat mencapai kehamilan, salah satunya adalah Fertilisasi in Vitro (FIV) / bayi tabung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisa Hubungan Demografi (Pendidikan, Pekerjaan) Dan Faktor Determinan (Pola Makan, Genetik, Obat-Obatan, Psikososial) Pasien Endometriosis Terhadap Keberhasilan Kehamilan Program Bayi Tabung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian mix method. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi pasien di Klinik Yasmin yang mengalami endometriosis dan sedang melakukan program FIV yang telah mencapai embrio transfer berjumlah sebanyak 51 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan The explanatory sequential design dengan instrumen Form FFQ, hasil analisa pemeriksaan USG dan wawancara mendalam. Proses analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji korelasi Chi square, analisa kualitatif dengan metode Coalllizi’s. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p < 0.05, maka terdapat hubungan Demografi (Pendidikan, Pekerjaan) Dan Faktor Determinan (Pola Makan, Genetik, Obat-Obatan) Pasien Endometriosis Terhadap Keberhasilan Kehamilan Program Bayi Tabung. Hasil kualitatif ditemukan 3 tema utama yang terdiri dari domain psiko-emosional, domain psikososial dan domain suport keluarga. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perawat dalam perawatan Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) atau program pelayanan infertilitas sehingga keberhasilan program bayi tabung dapat ditingkatkan.
