Determinan Program Pencegahan Penyakit Tidak Menular di Tempat Kerja: Scoping Review

Abstract

PTM menyebabkan kematian dan kecacatan jangka panjang yang parah dan menimbulkan beban preekonomian yang sangat besar pada individu ataupun masyarakat. Banyak perusahaan dan organisasi di Indonesia masih belum memiliki program kesehatan kerja yang memadai untuk mencegah PTM. Karyawan seringkali tidak memiliki akses terhadap informasi kesehatan untuk menerapkan gaya hidup sehat di tempat kerja. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah scoping review. Artikel diambil dari 3 database, Pubmed, Science Direct, Scopus, dengan menggunakan kata kunci program AND prevention AND "non communicable diseases"AND work place. Artikel yang diperoleh dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan termasuk artikel penelitian yang dipublikasikan di jurnal internasional selama periode 2018-2023. Hasil kesehatan di tempat kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi status fisik dan kesehatan, gaya hidup, faktor eksternal meliputi lingkungan kerja, kebijakan dan prosedur kerja, kepemimpinan dan budaya perusahaan, serta faktor sosial dan lingkungan dalam dunia usaha yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam merancang program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Kesimpulan Perusahaan harus memastikan bahwa karyawan mempunyai lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan sehat serta menerapkan kebijakan yang mendukung kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawan dalam jangka panjang. Program-program ini akan bermanfaat bagi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan karyawan serta meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
