Abstract

Stres jangka panjang dapat memperburuk masalah kesehatan emosional, fisik, dan mental perawat yang ada, yang pada gilirannya dapat menguras cadangan energi mereka, yang menyebabkan kelelahan fisik dan mental. Resiliensi dapat mencegah terjadinya stress, mempertahankan kesejahteraan mental dan psikologi sehingga dapat membantu perawat secara efektif mengatasi keadaan tersebut. Scoping revieuw ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan burnout dan resiliensi perawat. Metode: Sumber literatur di peroleh melalui pencarian dengan menggunakan database yang terdiri dari PUBMED, Google Scholar, Science Direct dan Proquest. Istilah kunci yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi studi utama adalah “Impact” AND “Resilience” OR “Adaptation” AND “Burnout” AND “Nurses”. Persamaan pencarian diterapkan tanpa batasan, dengan mempertimbangkan judul, abstrak, teori dan metode yang digunakan. Hasil: Berdasarkan artikel yang didapatkan, peneliti mengklasifikasikan dampak bournout terhadap resilensi perawat ditinjau dari aspek 1) sosial, 2) psikologis dan 3) kondisi personal perawat. Kesimpulan: Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini berdampak pada kualitas perawatan yang diberikan, pada kesejahteraan pasien dan kesehatan kerja perawat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, harus ada perubahan dari aspek sosial, psikolgi dan kondisi personal perawat berdasarkan bukti ilmiah saat ini.
