Abstract

Parameter hemodinamik merupakan kriteria penting untuk diagnosis dan penatalaksanaan yang akurat pada pasien sakit kritis. Parameter hemodinamik utama meliputi detak jantung, tekanan darah, laju pernapasan, saturasi oksigen, dan pemantauan tekanan vena sentral. Mobilisasi dini merupakan terapi tahap awal dan intensifikasi rehabilitasi fisik yang diberikan kepada pasien dengan penyakit kritis, yang dimulai dalam dua sampai lima hari di awal perawatan di ruang perawatan intensif.untuk melaporkan implementasi moilisasi dini yang dilakukan pada pasien kritis untuk mempertahankan stabilitas hemodinamik. mengimplementasikan hasil penelitian mobilisasi dini , pre dan post intervensi dijadikan metode penilaian terhadap hasil implementasi. sampel dalam studi ini seorang wanita yeng mengalami penurunan kesadaran dan terpasang ventilator mekanik. pasien diberikan mobilisasi selama 15 menit setiap hari dalam 3 hari perawatan kondisi tanda vital pasien menjadi lebih stabil secara bertahap setelah diberikan terapi mobilisasi dini selama 3 hari dengan rata-rata tekanan darah 119/68 mmHg, Nadi 104 x/menit, Suhu 37.0 0C dan Saturasi 97 % dan pasien dapat di pindah ke ruang perawatan biasa  Kesimpulan : terapi mobilisasi dini dapat membantu dalam mempertahankan stabilisasi kondisi pada pasien yang di rawat di ruang perawatan kritis.
